Hard sell promo Philips

We have been providing services for Philips Company in the field of sales promotion for two years. We organize events across the full range of Philips brands and we extensively concentrate on new premium product introduction.
Currently we are launching a campaign for a new system iron “PerfectCare Elite”, the best and most efficient iron made by Philips.
To be able to sell products at a higher price level, apart from the best promoters in the market, we also need perfect training to support them.
Therefore, we organized for Philips a two day training program in the form of an experiential workshop (ppm Promo Academy), where the promoters learned enhanced sales skills and improved their communication skills with (not just) customers.
According to the first results it became obvious that the investment into the promo teams training made sense. The promoters that completed the Academy had sales results higher by 35 % in comparison with standard hostesses.
