Podravka Company chose ppm factum as a partner to launch its new product Ajvar in the Czech modern marketplace. The campaign started in the Tesco CR chain.
Ajvar is a purely natural product suitable as a condiment for both cold and hot dishes. It does perfectly complement the summer barbeque season.
For that reason we prepared promotions that were based on tastings at the points of sale with a focus on natural ingredients and their manufacturing process.
Communication was built on attractive visual graphics of POS materials and customized promo stands. As part of the tastings, when customers purchased the product, they had a chance to receive a booklet with modern recipes for dishes prepared with Ajvar.
Customers responded to our promotions extremely positively. They particularly appreciated the natural ingredients and also had a very positive perception of the original Croatian product formula. Booklets with suggested recipes were a great success too.
Combination of our approach and the product´s quality resulted in sales that exceeded the forecasted goal by 38%.
