We handled Valentine´s Day with flying colors
For Mondeléz we just carried out the largest promo in the history of tastings.
On the occasion of Valentine´s Day we supported the sale of “I Love Milka” pralines across the Czech and Slovak contemporary markets.
Gift mechanics were a part of the activity. For buying Milka pralines, customers obtained a gift in form of a heart shaped key chain with Swarovski elements.
In two days we carried out 520 promo actions with 260 trained hostesses.
We were able to manage a promotion of this magnitude mainly because of our very meticulous preparation and our specific system of on-line training.
Hostesses obtained a training video whereby they learned the basic information concerning the mechanics of the promotion and then they went through on-line testing that was supposed to anchor the product knowledge.
These activities had remarkable sales results and were very positively received by the end customers.
