Promo is back!
After a long forced break, we are back in full gear for our clients.
We were the first to launch a massive promo, which introduces a new generation of tobacco heating devices.
For the smooth running of the events, we prepared an online workshop with the client, where the team of our hostesses- ambassadors mastered all product knowledge and practiced a professional approach to please the customers.
The training also included the specificity of communications in the post-covid time and detailed the hygiene rules for the implementation of the promo events.
According to the first signals and responses from the field, it seems that we were not the only ones who missed the human dynamics of activations and promotions; the promoters and hostesses missed it too and at the points-of-sales, the end users really appreciated the interpersonal communications.
